I work within the psychodynamic model which aims to identify and consider patterns in behaviour and relationships. Our life experiences from birth shape our view of the world as we grow and become adults. Our understanding about the world, who we are and what others are to us are formed from these experiences. Sometimes we live with beliefs which can prove to be unhelpful and limit our ability to pursue and achieve what we want from life. Therapy provides a safe space to identify and challenge these beliefs.
