I work within the psychodynamic model which aims to identify, consider and challenge patterns in behaviour and relationships. Our life experiences from birth shape our understanding of the world, and our place in it. Sometimes we live with thoughts, ideas and behaviours which can prove to be unhelpful and limit our ability to build sustaining relationships. Therapy provides a safe space to explore how you feel about yourself, and those close to you, and develop new ways to create and maintain relationships that enable you to feel more secure, satisfied and able to cope with the ups and downs of life.
